This beautiful house which was built at the start of the millennium is only a couple of minutes from the beach in East Cornwall. Fowey is also a popular fishing village and has a large number of sailing boats, restaurants and waterfront cafes. It is essentially one of Cornwall's most romantic and picturesque locations.

The house itself is situated near to fishing boats and is close to the main village where you can buy fresh sea food like crab and lobster and fresh groceries.

additional double bed sofa is in the lounge but is suited for one adult or 2 children.
Kitchen has a cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, utensils, plates, pots and pans. The lounge has a colour TV, video and radio. Bathroom has a bath tub, overhead shower and toilet. Private parking is available with the house having its own parking space. The village has free parking also around the corner from the house if needed.
The back garden is enclosed and has a decked patio with table and chairs available for seating and outdoor snacks.
